To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error originated from our end (e.g. wrong item shipped).
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect item was delivered.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or a full refund at your discretion.
