Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message. A second notification will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Order modifications may be possible within a short window after placement, before processing begins. Please contact us immediately at hello@abayaklosette.com or via Instagram @abayaklosette. We cannot guarantee modifications once fulfilment has commenced.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, staining, or alteration cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part — such as a wrong or defective item being sent.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Worn or used items
• Custom-made or personalised orders
• Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
• Items damaged after delivery

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 1–5 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered the wrong item.

Yes, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is available, we will process the exchange once the original item is returned and approved. If unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

All items listed on our website are available while stocks last. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately with available options, including a refund or alternative.

Each product page includes sizing information to guide your selection. If you are unsure about sizing or need further guidance, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, minor colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or differences in screen settings across devices. These minor differences do not constitute grounds for a return.

We occasionally accommodate custom-made orders. Please contact us via email or Instagram to discuss your requirements, timelines, and pricing. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
